The Today Show: Meredith Vieira In Color

If you caught The Today Show, you may have noticed how great Meredith Vieira looked today.  In a departure from her usual all-black ensemble, Meredith Vieira looked terrific in casual tailored attire in a rich red color.  Do you see how the color brings out the warmth in her cheeks, making her look healthy and alive?  If she wanted a little more visual authority, she could simply slip on a suit jacket over the red. 

We love Meredith Vieira in color.  Great choice!

Morning Show People Watch

Recently the Today Show, Meredith Vieira wore a great little black dress, but all black overpowers her softer coloring.  To soften the harsh all-black look, all she needs to do is simply add a scarf with her hair color repeated in the scarf pattern and the look becomes harmonious — the problem is solved.  

The Today Show regular Martha Stewart, that great lady of creativity, wears great colors, but is not doing herself any favors with this jacket.  I love third layer looks, but this one is too big, too bulky, too many rounded lines.  The stand-away fabric, style and size balloons the look of her size. 

Good Morning America anchors Robin Roberts, George Stephanopolous, Juju Chang, and Sam Champion look terrific, professional and with pizzazz.

People Watching – The Today Show

Today Ann Curry looked so right today on the Today Show!  They dressed her in a tailored black dress, sheer black hosiery, and black high heels — nothing girlie.  The clothes were in total harmony with Ann’s yang body and personality.  Terrific role model.

The Today Show frequently dresses our Meredith Vieira too tailored for her softer personal coloring and personality.  Dressed in charcoal pin-stripe with high Nehru collar, Meredith needed softer style lines or a softer color.  Great lady, we look forward to greater harmony in the look of her clothes on the Today Show.
