Hello black eyes! This trend may work on Halloween, but now that it’s over the look is dark and depressing. Instead of seeing an attractive person, all we see is the black eye liner. Make-up should enhance natural features to play them up, not take center stage. How do you know if the eye liner is overpowering you? The color of the eye liner should match your natural brow color – taupe, light brown, dark brown, brownish-black, gray or charcoal. This is a good rule of thumb for every day. Dark brown is as dark as you want to go for a blonde, it provides all the contrast she needs. For evening occasions, holidays, i.e., Halloween, select fashion colors to coordinate with clothes.
It’s time to put away the dark-eyed mask. Instead, show off those lovely eyes with make-up that enhances them.
